General Description
UNSTASH provides a platform to enable you as an individual user
("you," "your," or "User"), to
catalog your own personal belongings to share within a trusted
community. Accordingly, Users of the Website must be of legal age
in their applicable state or other jurisdiction to form and perform
binding legal contracts for the rental/exchange between them; and
in no case shall any User be less than eighteen (18) years
old. Registration is void where prohibited. Your registration for,
and/or use of, The Website constitutes your representation and
warranty that: (a) you satisfy these eligibility requirements, and
(b) you have the right, authority and capacity to abide by all of
the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Those under the age of
18 are not eligible to use the Site unsupervised and we ask that
children do not submit any personal information to us. If you are
under the age of 18, you may only use this Site only in conjunction
with and under the supervision of your parents or guardians
Using UNSTASH
You understand and agree that all listings, postings, messages,
text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, or other materials
("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked
from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from
whom such Content originated. More specifically, you are entirely
responsible for each individual item ("Item") that you are
representing on the site and for content that you post, email or
otherwise make available via the Service.
You understand that UNSTASH does not control, and is not responsible
for Content made available through the Service, and that by using
the Service, you may be exposed to content that is offensive,
indecent, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. You
acknowledge that UNSTASH does not pre-screen or approve Content,
but that UNSTASH shall have the right (but not the obligation) in
its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is
available via the Service, for violating the letter or spirit of
the User Agreement or for any other reason.

to you nor any third-party for any termination of your account or

You agree to indemnify and hold UNSTASH, its officers,
subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, directors, officers,

any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees and court
costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you
submit, post or make available through the Service, your use of the
Service, your violation of the Users Agreement, your breach of any
of the representations and warranties herein, or your violation of
any rights of others.
Disclaimer of Warranties
